The 37-year-old shared a photograph of herself and the rocker cuddling up with a easy but endearing “completely happy birthday” message written over the Dec. 10 pic, which she posted to her Instagram Tales.
The Sleeping with Sirens guitarist reposted the photograph quickly after, writing, “Our Casa Vega Xmas Card,” over the pic.
