BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 28. The Sumgayit
Rehabilitation Heart hosted on Monday an occasion entitled “Ulviyyat”
marking November 8 – Victory Day, Development reviews.
Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Basis,
participated within the occasion held on the Sumgayit Metropolis Heydar Aliyev
Heart.
Leyla Aliyeva seen varied artworks introduced on the

The occasion then featured a live performance program that includes performances
by Sumgayit Music School below the Azerbaijan Nationwide
