The deputy of DIKO Zacharias Koulias proclaims a political coup. Some time in the past he repeated in Sigma's information bulletin that on Wednesday, 25/09/2024, when he’ll train the duties of President of the Republic, he’ll proceed with the appointment of the Auditor Basic. He had initially introduced this risk on Saturday to Petros Melaisis on RIK3. I had posted about it, pondering it was a joke.

The President of the Republic could also be vested with the powers of the PtD based on the Structure, however he has no democratic legitimacy. He merely replaces the PtD and formally handles the affairs of the State when the PtD is absent, and it’s understood that relating to making selections he consults with the PtD prematurely.
With the logic of Koulias, he may on Wednesday, if he feels prefer it, do a reshuffle and alter all of the ministers.
PtB and all events ought to react and convey him again to order. Particularly the President of DIKO, of which Koulias is a Member of Parliament, should act instantly and successfully.
